# Sign up and create the organisation

Everything starts with the personal account and the organisation. The organisation is the frame for projects, team and licences. This lesson shows the sign-up, the onboarding questions and why the organisation name later appears in Cockpit, on invoices and in invitations. The team can be invited afterwards.
