# Find sections: library, Growth Kits, tags and search

The add-section dialog groups all installed sections by package, filters by Growth Kit and tags, and offers a search so the right section is found quickly.

The more apps and Growth Kits a project uses, the larger the choice of sections becomes. The **Add a Section** dialog keeps it manageable:

- **Library by package**: tabs group sections by package, for example Laioutr UI or an app.
- **Growth Kits**: a filter shows only the sections of one kit, such as B2B, Booking or Marketplace.
- **Tags**: categories such as Heroes, Banner, Header, Footer, Featuring Products, Product Detail Page or Testimonials narrow the list by purpose.
- **Search**: finds sections by name and description.

Each section shows a preview image and a short description. A double click inserts it. If a preview image is missing, a placeholder appears. Developers set package, kit and tags in the section definition. The same structure also helps AI agents that choose sections through Laioutr MCP.

## Step by step

1. 1 ### Step 1: Open the picker

   Choose the area in the layers tree and open **Add section**.
2. 2 ### Step 2: Choose a package

   Choose the tab of the package the section should come from.
3. 3 ### Step 3: Filter by Growth Kit

   Pick a Growth Kit in the filter to see only its sections.
4. 4 ### Step 4: Use a tag or search

   Choose a tag such as **Heroes** or **Testimonials**, or type a term into the search.
5. 5 ### Step 5: Check and insert

   Check the preview image and description and insert the section with a double click.

## Check the result

The chosen section appears at the intended position in the layers tree and in the preview.

## Frequently asked questions

Why is a section missing from the picker?

The section belongs to an app or Growth Kit that is not installed in the project, or an active filter hides it. Reset the filters and check the installed apps in Cockpit.

Can custom tags be assigned?

Developers set tags in the section definition. Besides the standard tags, custom terms are possible and also appear as filters.

What is a Growth Kit?

A Growth Kit bundles sections and blocks for a business model or industry, for example B2B, Marketplace or Booking.
