Laioutr runs a public **status page** at `laioutr.statuspage.io`. It shows the current state of the Laioutr services and is available without signing in, so it works even when Cockpit itself is disrupted.

- **State per service**: whether a service is running normally or degraded
- **Incident reports** with ongoing updates until resolution
- **Maintenance** announced in advance
- **Subscription** to notifications for every status change

The status page is one of the support channels for critical incidents (S1) and incidents (S2). If a problem is already reported there, Laioutr is working on it; an additional report is not needed, and the response time targets for individual reports on the same problem do not apply.

If a problem is not on the status page, report it to support through the report button in the project. If Cockpit is unavailable, email `incident@laioutr.com` for S1 and S2.

## Step by step

1. 1 ### Step 1: Open the status page

Go to `laioutr.statuspage.io` in the browser.
2. 2 ### Step 2: Check the services

Check the state of the services that seem disrupted, for example Cockpit or delivery.
3. 3 ### Step 3: Read the incident

Open a current incident report and read the updates on the progress of the fix.
4. 4 ### Step 4: Subscribe to updates

Select **Subscribe to updates** and confirm an email address.
5. 5 ### Step 5: Report if needed

If the problem is missing from the status page, send a report through the **report button** in the project.

## Check the result

After subscribing, a confirmation email arrives. At the next status change, the stored address automatically receives a notification.

## Frequently asked questions

Does an incident already on the status page need to be reported?

No. Laioutr is already working on it. Observations beyond the published report can be added through the report button.

How does the team learn about maintenance?

Maintenance is listed on the status page in advance. With a subscription, it also arrives by email.

What if Cockpit is unavailable?

Check the status page and, for an unreported problem, write to incident@laioutr.com.
