The B2B Sellers Suite is a modular Shopware 6 plugin that turns a standard shop into a B2B platform. The B2B Sellers app connects these features to the Laioutr storefront. It uses the endpoints the plugin adds to the Shopware Store API and the same session the Shopware app manages. No separate login is required.

The core covers employee management with roles and permissions, invitations, login via email link, company registration, sales rep tools, customer-specific prices, fast ordering and order history. Add-on modules such as order approvals, offers, budgets, cost centres, product lists and custom product numbers can be enabled individually in B2B Sellers.

In Studio, the B2B Sections render this data, for example approval lists, budget overviews or offer management. The result is a B2B frontend on Shopware without building the business logic twice.

## Step by step

1. 1 ### Step 1: Prepare the plugin

Install the B2B Sellers Suite in Shopware and enable the required add-on modules, for example order approvals or offers.
2. 2 ### Step 2: Set up the Shopware app

Make sure the Shopware app is installed and all its sections show **Complete** under **Configuration**.
3. 3 ### Step 3: Install the app

In Cockpit under **Apps**, add the B2B Sellers app with **Install**.
4. 4 ### Step 4: Deploy

   Rebuild the environment with **Deploy**.
5. 5 ### Step 5: Check with a business account

Log in on the storefront with a business customer test account and check that customer prices, employee management and enabled modules appear.

## Check the result

After logging in with a business account, the storefront shows customer-specific prices, and the enabled modules such as order approvals or offers can be used in the customer area.

## Frequently asked questions

Does B2B Sellers need its own credentials?

No. The app uses the connection and session of the Shopware app. That is why the Shopware app must be set up first.

Why is a B2B feature missing?

Add-on modules such as budgets, cost centres or offers are enabled individually in B2B Sellers. If a module is off, the related feature stays empty.

How does an order approval work?

Employees submit their cart for approval. Authorised people review, adjust, approve or decline it, and an approved request becomes an order in Shopware.
